Today I brought cakes I had made at home for our receptionist and dental assistant as they had been extremely supportive and non-complaining through a “rough” period recenlty. Appreciating our staff and telling them so is part of our management policy. Does anyone else have a similar policy?

If only that were true. Unfortanely these a re the minority these days, the amount of companies that lose business due to bitchy attitudes of their receptionists is something of an epidemic, especially in Australia.
